Additional information for individual registration
The registration fees are only applicable if both the registration form and payment are received on or before the deadline date; otherwise the next higher registration fee will be applied.
Within 48 hours of online registration, an automatic e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the registration process. An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within one week after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requirements according to the submitted registration form.
Fees are quoted in euros (EUR). Please note that payments in other currencies will not be accepted. Payment must accompany the registration form. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration and payment. Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed. Payment of the registration fee is to be made by credit card or bank transfer. Bank drafts and cheques will not be accepted.
Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the special save portal for credit card transactions by Six Payment Services on submitting the registration form. It is also imperative that the cardholder's name is clearly mentioned if it differs from the registrant's name. The credit card transaction will be processed through CPO HANSER SERVICE, the Registration & Hotel secretariat. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to '30th ECNP Congress Paris 2017'.
Bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant and/or the invoice number, as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. If payment is made for more than one person or by a company, please make sure that all names or all registration IDs are properly indicated. Payment needs to be received within 15 days after completing the registration form; otherwise the registration will be automatically cancelled. Note that in any case the payment must be settled before the deadline or a higher fee will apply.

Any cancellation* of registration including ENP supplement (if applicable) should be sent in writing to the registration & hotel secretariat, by e-mail or by fax at +49 30 305 73 91. They will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received on or before 10 July 2017: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 90 (including 20% VAT). All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Cancellations received after 10 July 2017: no refund will be made.
*Cancellation by abstract submitters: if your abstract is not accepted for publication and/or presentation, you can cancel your registration free of charge within 14 days after receiving the message that your abstract has been rejected. The registration fee paid will be returned within 30 days after the outcome.
Name changes (substitute participants)
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress may indicate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the organising secretariat in writing on or before 31 July 2017.
Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site and are subject to a handling fee of EUR 25 (including 20% VAT) / EUR 20.83 (excluding 20% VAT) per name change and/or badge reprint. This handling fee is not refundable at any time. Changes to the invoice or any other changes cannot be made.
